$150 Hour Sun.-Thur. $175 Fri. & Sat. 4 Hour Minimum
All day and evening – $1,800 Fri. & Sat. – $1000 Sun. – Thur.
COLONIAL INN – Holds Groups up to 80 (2106 square feet)
$80 Hour 4 Hour Minimum
All day and evening – $700 Fri. & Sat. $500 Sun.-Thur.
DANCE STUDIO – Hold Groups up to 50 (1,200 square feet)
$ 65 Hours 4 Hour Minimum
All day and evening- $500
VETERANS ROOM OR FOUNDERS ROOM – Holds Groups up to 20
$25 Hour Each
NON-PROFIT – 15% Discount
VETERANS – 30% Discount
TOWN HALL MEETING – No charge
There is a minimum of four hours rental for each room
No glitter, confetti or wax candles are allowed in the building
$100 Cleaning fee
$50 for Projector/Screen or TV All Day
Linen Rental $8 per item, .50 per napkin
